Good to chill out

Fulfilled more than we expected between moving homes.
Good to relax and forget the traumas of the day. Ideal location and facilities for older couple with one disabled. Staff very accommodating and helpful, like family friends by the time we left!

Good stay....... But slightly marred

Stayed here for business for the 1st time, uncertainty as to whether I'll stay again.
I have to stay staff customer service was second to none, but a couple of things took the edge what could have a great rather than just 'good' stay.
Milk sachets in the room curdled my hot drinks when poured in!
No menu availability on Saturday night....... only pizza available.
Members of staff helpful and attentive, particularly 'Bright'.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient on the front desk when we checked in. Once in the room we were very pleasantly surprised to see how good the pull out bed was for my eldest son. In fact it was a double sofa bed. It was very sturdy and had a very decent mattress on it ( unlike other top rated hotels we have stayed at ). The room was clean and had everything you might need , including iron and ironing board as standard. Breakfast was a tasty affair and staff were constantly replenishing items as they ran down. All staff very friendly and overall a great stay for a super price

Excellent service throughout. All the staff went out of their way to help guests. Mentioned that the room was cool, they installed a heater. Asked if we could have breakfast before 7am, yes we could.

Excellent value very clean and friendly

We stayed in the hotel due to its location and price
It exceeded our expectations and I would have no problem recommending the hotel as a point of travel
I would say organise your own taxi as the hotel one is expensive but overall a superb stay

Awswome stay out again thanks to the hotel and its warm welcoming friendly extremely helpful staff who ensured everything went accordingly and smoothly. Looking forward to returning soon.

Really enjoyed my stay. room was spacious and comfortable. Would be great if there was a vegan option for the hot breakfasts eg hash browns, vegan sausages etc
