First Holiday Inn experience and I was impressed with layout and room quality. Staff were well trained and very helpful and are an asset to this organisation. Spotlessly clean, with impressive shower and very comfortable bed.

This was an excellent choice we made for a one night stopover on our journey south being just off the M11.

My wife and I stayed for one night there, and we were very touched by the superb service from Ajay. We had a long-haul flight from Asia and we arrived to the hotel early, hoping there could be a chance of early check-in. Ajay gladly helped us with arranging an early check-in, so that we can take shower and get a rest before attending our friend's wedding in the afternoon.
Also, he arranged a bit of late check-out as well, so that we could enjoy playing golf in the morning and take a shower before leaving Cambourne.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, great value for money! We look forward to staying there again in the future.
IHG booking site is incorrect

I booked a "1 Double Standard Single Sofa Bed Free Hot Breakfast". The description says it's a double bed. The photos show it's a double bed.
Turns out.. its actually a SINGLE bed, but two of them.
This should be called something like "twin single". Completely misleading!!
To make matters worse, when i went to reception to change to a double, they were completely sold out.
PLEASE fix your room naming/descriptions/photos!!!
Good stay at this hotel.

First class stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. No noise. The evening dinner menu is disappointing with very little choice. Breakfast was ok for the money. Would recommend for an over nighter. Large car park.

The room was tiny for 3 persons. Breakfast is very US style, quality of food is very poor. The coffee is not drinkable. In overall the hotel is suitable only for business people, who get used to such standards, but not for families.

Excellent B/B stay at Cambourne Village in Cambridge. Enjoyed the stay very well. Lost Properties safely kept and got back too..

once again, this hotel didn't disappoint. I have stayed for 2 nights on various occasions for work. each time, the room and communal areas are immaculate.
The bedroom is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is immaculate. there is a desk and chair which has been great for me. there is a kettle and tea/coffee facilities.
There is food available in the evening and a bar but I haven't used these during my visits.
breakfast is included in the room cost. There is always cereals, yoghurt, toast, fruit, pastries and a buffet style cooked breakfast. They have gluten free cereal and toast available as well as alternative milk. coffee, teas, fruit juice etc.
However the best part about the stay is the staff. They could not be more friendly or helpful. a few examples during our stays ..... kettle didn't work, this was resolved within minutes and with apologies and lots of positivity. one evening we used their games in the communal area, there wasn't a pack of cards but the lady said she would find some! there are 2 men who have been here every time and they are absolutely brilliant. so kind, friendly, super helpful and one is incredibly funny.
The stay at this hotel is always a cheaper option for us but it hasn't disappointed, i look forward to returning in June.
keep it up..you're just what we need after a long day!

Hi, I feel good and this hotel as well location, less carpark, breakfast no more choose, nice staffs, well clean room, bath not well. No more service but not problems. electric change car too expensive. Thank you!
