This seemed to be a fairly new property and was in generally good repair. The fitness center was spacious as well as having a nice variety of machines. The elevator was oversized but rather slow. The young lady who checked us in was efficient and friendly as well as helpful when giving dining options. The location of the property was easily accessible from freeway. My only negative observation was mildew on grout in shower and questionable vacuuming as I found a contact lens on the carpet. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great room and staff. Only complaint is that the shower curtain needs to be replaced with one that has magnets to hold it against the tub when showering. It kept blowing into me as I tried to shower.

First time staying here definitely won't be the last. Every employee we came into contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located in a great area, close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good, several choices and was well stocked. Beds and linens were very comfortable, shower had great water pressure

Rude awakening

We booked a night for a softball tournament in the area. The hotel overall was easy to get to and to be expected as far as decor and room size. The room was nice and we opted for the suite with pull out sofa. Our room did have as sour smell upon arrival, but it dissipated quickly. However, at 4:20 am the smoke detector started blaring waking all of us. After looking for a reset and trying the front desk, my wife went to the lobby. The front desk clerk was on the phone trying to reset the system. She thought she had it, but our alarm was still active. She said maintenance would be there in 10 minutes. They were not. She finally was able to disarm it, but we decided to check out around 5 am. She said management was aware, but no one from the hotel reached out or returned my call. Very disappointed. Will not stay again!

I was visiting Transwest RV and found this location on the IHG website. This location was conveniently located to the RV dealership. The check in process was quick. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. In the morning I took advantage of the breakfast which got my day off to a good start. Would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the area.

This hotel offered a clean room and bathroom, which was a definite plus, and the parking space was convenient. The room also boasted a big screen TV.

However, the experience was somewhat dampened by a mediocre breakfast and not-so-knowledgeable staff. Additionally, despite its size, the TV quality was poor.

Overall, a decent stay for cleanliness and parking, but there's room for improvement in the breakfast and service departments, as well as the in-room entertainment.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Counter tops had not been cleaned. Hair on the counters and floor.

Be careful if you are using the IHG app. I booked this hotel 2-3 weeks in advance for work. I showed up after flying across country, and was delayed due to the app not registering with the hotel’s software. I had all the information in hand and they could not find anything on my reservation. The hotel was full of construction workers, and I got the last room! I was hoping to receive more points due to the lack of the computer systems not registering with the IHG app. I talked to the one manager and he didn’t really seem like he cared too much. It may sound petty, but I travel a lot for work and this is literally the first time I almost lost a room.

Clean room and comfy bed. My grandson is celiac and there was no GF options offered at breakfast. We brought gf oatmeal, and a wonderful lady named Kriss made a whole plate of bacon for him to enjoy. Thanks, Kriss!
On a sour note the blonde clerk at check-in was not friendly and did not offer me a platinum reward for my stay.

This is one of the best stays l’ve had in a while everything was perfect. The shower water pressure was the best ever.
