It was amazing. Nothing to complain about.I has the best time and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

The day we arrived we were greeted nicely but the young woman checking everyone in was flustered due to a new computer system. She was very nice but visibly frustrated. She apologized to all of us that were waiting and did a great job, even though she was struggling. Our room was nice and clean but our toilet was very low to the floor and it actually shifted a little when we sat down. But everything else in the room and bathroom worked wonderfully. I do feel like the rooms are a little overpriced but we needed this particular location. The breakfast was good, everything tasted good and was hot. I would prefer regular milk instead of the organic boxed milk, but we made due. I loved the very modern light fixtures in the foyer/check in area and there was a good amount of comfortable seating in the breakfast area. I love the cucumber and lemon water choices at check in, very nice!

On our first night in our room the room was incredibly hot. We adjusted the thermostat and waited to see if the room would cool. After the room remained hot I called down to the from to report the issue. Katie was the staff person I spoke with. Her first response was everyone else room at the hotel was cool that shocked because first of all how would she know that and secondly that was inappropriate. My response was that had nothing to do with me. She then said we could be given a box fan unexplained a box fan would only circulate the hot air in the room. She then hung the phone up in my face and when I called back she refused to answer. I emailed the General Manager of the Austin Linthicum of this and while he did respond and state he would compliment my first night for my issue and he apologized for the staff behavior and said the air was fixed. When I looked at my final bill from my seven night stay that one night complimented was ate up by hotel fees. The air was never fixed and our room remained hot our entire stay and the general manager never once checked back with me on the issue. There was not one staff member at the hotel that ever created us with a good morning or a simple hello the entire length of our stay. The elevator was slow and hot.
On Friday and Saturday of our stay no one cleaned our room, made our beds or even emptied our trash even though I requested it. On Friday night I had to go to the front desk to take our trash down to empty it myself and get new trash bags.
When I did ask if our room was going to be cleaned and when would return to the room it had not been cleaned, our beds not made and trash not emptied.
I paid over 1400 for this stay and this not acceptable for any hotel chain and my money should be refunded. The staff needs training from the general manager down.

My stay was great until I had to interact with the front desk woman with 2 inch eyelashes, 9 inch nails and nose ring! She was rude, unhelpful and should not be in customer service!

This hotel is truly above average when compared with Marriott Tech Center in Denver. I was surprised as I did not expect this. This hotel has my highest rating, I have given any hotel. I traveled extensively in my life and this place is awesome.
Thornton Colorado, stay was Amazing.

Hotel employees were friendly, the hotel was very clean and looked up today. Right off of I-25 so easy access to get to the Denver. Breakfast was also great! Our bed was hard as a rock though.

One of the night check-in girls (blonde) was rude and had little concern for our safety or comfort. The A/C unit was antiquated and quit working for a few hours and it was hot! Again, no concern shown by night girl on duty…however next day we were transferred to better room by another front desk lady, she was great! No full sized refrigerator as we had in other Holiday Inn Express locations. The coffee maker was located on top of microwave and was unuseable until we moved it to the bathroom. Wifi was confusing and unable to use unless you set up an IHG account. My overall rating is a 2…Below Average.

Hotel is good and cleaning, but after a long day of traveling and almost being up for 24 hours was a little screwup with the room, it was fixed

We stayed for three nights and the staff was very friendly, parking lot was very clear, and I saw many happy families enjoying the pool/gym. The TV in the bedrooms are pretty outdated so we couldn't connect to it or use our streaming services without a console/laptop/streaming device and the guide button on the remote didn't work. We also don't really eat much bread and that was really all they had for breakfast options, and they closed the breakfast early our last day there so we had to go find food elsewhere. Would've killed for some cheap yogurt or some whole milk instead of skim milk.
