Comfortable bed and pillows with friendly and inviting staff

Staff members are friendly and inviting. They allowed us to check in early with ease. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was reasonably priced and tasted great. The kids loved the waffle! I recommend this Holiday Inn as it was clean, fantastic staff, and excellent walking location to the outlets and many restaurants.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room and common areas were clean. The price was more affordable than those in the surrounding area and on disney property. I have stayed 3 times here and each has been a pleasant experience.

I made my reservation

I booked my reservation. I get their day and time. Hotel staff at front desk tells me my reservation is not at this hotel it's at this address location. Believeing clerk I say ok and drive in the middle of the night to the other hotel where she said my reservation was at. It wasnt. So I had to drive all the way back wasting gas and another few hour of sleep that I desperately needed. Taking my 7 year and fiance threw this. We get back to the hotel and front desk lady still has trouble finding my reservation. She finally did. Following day I let hotel manager know what happened and she tells me I'll give you 20000 points credit which she lied and never did. Was horrible experience! Nesanet was the manager who lied to me. And the front desk clerk had me driving cross town in the middle of the night because she couldn't find my reservation. Total aggravation

This hotel offers affordable accommodations in a clean and welcoming environment. The amenities are plentiful without the hassle of being nickeled and dimed on everything. I make this hotel my number one choice when in the Orlando and Disney area due to its location and affordability. The rooms are always clean. The rooms accommodate my sleep and rest.

It was a great stay, we got there early but the staff held our bags so we could walk and shop at the outlets. Friendly staff, a good bar, a good time!

Attended this hotel for a meeting. The staff could not have been more accommodating, professional, and helpful. Rooms & hotel was spotless, comfortable, and great bedding. Bathroom shower is amazing.
