Holiday inn hotel are good brand but give 1 star because of hotel receipt. I need to contact hotel Orlando-Ocoee East to ask my receipt. It is waste my time for back and forth to get just receipt with details. Can all ihg process as another hotel that I can download from the website?
Also location Columbia East - Elkridge
No pancakes and poor check in staff

Good value but safety. Room key for elevators annoying and pancake maker broken more than it worked. Front desk Tina dud not know about diwn pillows and argued with ne about removing them. Won't be back

The best hotel holiday inn. Me gusto ese lugar todo parecía estar bien un lugar recomendable para todos mis amigos. Y amigas. Que siempre les he dicho hacerca de este lugar Muy bonito y los recomiendo
Clean but beware

Hotel is clean and most staff is friendly but if you really need to sleep and your not on the top floor (4th), you'll be upset. I had to call front desk EVERY night because of noise upstairs .

I didn’t have a great experience, I stay at this location often, its never perfect but the last stay was by far the most unpleasant

Outstanding Place To Stay,
Was visiting for a concert at the Orlando Amphitheater. The hotel location from the amphitheater was perfect. The hotel location to restaurants were very close as well to shopping stores.
Wonderful staff and clean hotel.

Overall, I had a good experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were pleased with the overall condition of the property. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked either brand new or well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked as expected. The room also had a microwave and a small sink, which were convenient.
The only downside was that the fridge did not work.
There was plenty of parking, and the hotel offered free breakfast, although we didn’t use it.
In general, it’s a nice hotel at a good price. The surrounding area isn’t great, but it’s not too bad either.

This place was top notch from checking to check out who was amazing as soon as you walked in it smelled like bleach clean product so I know that it was clean air condition in the room was very good cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful. Pool was nice and clean Near different amenities in the vicinity. Definitely will go back.

My son and I got in late and tired. The staff was extremely welcoming and even gave us a "goodie bag." The hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. The breakfast and coffee the next morning was also very pleasant. I appreciated the welcome and treatment from the entire staff.

Staff, breakfast, coffee and I would say 90% of the stay was great for the price. The location is nice but I don’t know why was a homesless druggy outside the 2 days we were there. The best was comfortable and room seemed very updated and nice. Only thing is that the elevator area didn’t look kept up.
I would say it was a great value for the price. WiFi would not work for us. Only con.

Although is an old hotel; everything went pefect in our stay. Breakfast was great. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has a good pillow assortment.
