This one is very clean, no cost to park and daily breakfast. I recommend it if looking for a holiday inn in the area

Breakfast selection was excellent!
rooms need renovations, they are old and dirty.. or maybe they are not dirty but it just looks dirty because of how old it is. Lobby and everyone else looks nicer than rooms/washrooms.

The staff may have been the best I have ever seen far as professionals hair and makeup and attitudes
were commonable at all times both day and night. And the location is prefect it is near universal studios but not so close that traffic was a problem .The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from.

Staff was rude. Nothing got resolved with our stay. Room was terrible and they didn’t give us a refund for it.

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Location was excellent for traveling downtown. Breakfast offerings were quite extensive. The door latch on our room malfunctioned and locked us out. Front desk and maintenance responded quickly to repair it.

Amazing staff! Good price, good food, amazing location, pool was perfect, hotel was clean, small shower (small bathroom) room needs refreshing, but good enough for a comfortable stay. Big plus the shuttle to universal studio!

Friendly check-in, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. The pump style Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the side of the shower was a nice addition.

checked in and my IHG status was not recognized. went to my room and found the a/c not working, I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance up to look at the issue, maintenance fixed the a/c quickly. My room had holes in the wall from a previous quest, the shelves in the shower were coming loose and were almost falling off. I was traveling on business and was tax exempt, the front desk did not know how to process the tax exempt status and still has not been resolved, (5 days later). When I call the hotel I get passed around and told no one is currently there to assist me. NOT EXCELLENT

Liz made my stay seamless with great customer service! Rooms are decent and breakfast is doable. Close to Universal with a shuttle available (awful time slots though) or an 11$ Lyft ride. Small pool open pretty late and there is food in walking distance too!
