I had a great stay

I had a great two day stay! It was clean and the staff was great. Having breakfast in the morning at the hotel always makes things easier when traveling. I was there watching our daughter play college tennis on spring break. The hotel was full because there were many guests including a college softball team. So congrats to staff to keep up with all of that… well done!

Clean room and great bed

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. Could have used a couple more wash cloths. The a/c unit was amazing and worked off a thermostat, rather than just a knob on the unit.

Convenient location

The hotel offered a free shuttle to/from MCO airport (15-20 mins). The driver was professional. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious, but it was facing the main road, so it was noisy at night. I didn’t hear much noise from inside. I was disappointed with the breakfast (no hot food), but I enjoyed the kcup coffee in the room.

Had everything I needed for a business trip. Love the shuttle service. Good breakfast choices. Friendly hotel staff. Would recommend to others and definitely return.

If depending on airport shuttle. Call hotel for shuttle times. Will not get email response. Times very restricted. Nice rooms and location.

Great staff and very clean

This location is a great place to stay for the USTA events. Lots of places in the area to visit and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. The free breakfast is always good with a large variety of things to eat

Convenient and Clean

We were in town for a golf tournament a couple blocks from the hotel. There are lots of dining options in the area and the hotel was very convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choices, hot and cold. The room was comfortable our only issue was how long it took for the hot water to reach the 4th floor.

Front Desk staff was amazing. Shout out to LaCretia!! They were accommodating and extremely pleasant. It did not matter what time of the night I needed something they were pleasant. Never made you feel like you were a bother. I was there for a conference and had a lot of last minute printing. They were great.

We stay here frequently as our daughter lives in St. Cloud. Our room was fine, staff - as always - very gracious and accommodating. Unfortunately, upon waking up the last morning of our stay our bathroom vanity was deluged with tiny ants. We had no food nor drink in the room, so that was surprising. We informed the desk at our departure and they were going to address it immediately. It just was a bit unsettling to wake up to so many busy busy unwelcome guests in our bathroom!

The staff was very friendly and always greeted us when we walked by or were at the breakfast area. The common areas were clean. Our room was not very clean however. The bathroom had gunk all around the tub and the bathroom door was broken.
