Clean room and good value

Clean room, staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast is a good variety of hot and cold options. Only wish breakfast opened earlier in the morning
Surprising Unpleasant Experience

I was unpleasantly surprised by the condition of this property.
The poor condition of the facility was only matched by the apathetic attitude of the front desk attendant when checking in.
I will make sure that I never book another reservation at this location, and encourage all of my friends and colleagues to do the same.

Set back from the road the signage was not great. Easy to miss. Great staff interaction and friendly and helpful. Good bedroom that was clean and well serviced.

Overall My stay was not bad, the room was very clean!!! no problems at all. It was facing the highway which was aggravating, I was settled in already so I did not request a different room. The pool was broke so that was a real disappointment as the weather was high 80's low 90's.The staff was friendly. I would stay again, but check to make sure everything is working. The Breakfast could be changed up a little, it was the same everyday, but hey, it was something to eat. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was impressed with the hotel. The cleanliness was wonderful!!!
Pool out of order and power outage

Room was clean, damaged AC unit, breakfast was poor, pool was out of order all week, there was a power outage just at the hotel. Manager at desk not pleasant. Would not recommend this location, head south a couple miles to the HIX location as it is a better value and nicer property.

Cinnamon buns are extremely good! The breakfast was probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had!

Hotel would not accommodate a request for earlier cleaning of room. Shade in room was falling apart and request to check A/C was not done. Overall attitude was not good towards guests. For a IHG property, this leaves a lot to be desired. After travelling for over 30 years and IHG being my go-to properties, you can do better.
Comfortable, But Misleading Information

The rooms were comfortable and the location is convenient.
However, the hotel description mentions that there is a shuttle to Universal Studios and EPCOT. This is a lie. If you are hoping to get complimentary transportation to the theme parks, choose another hotel.

The hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. The housekeeping very helpful and efficient. The room was clean, coffee was good. I did not get to have breakfast, but the front desk attendant gave me a card for a free coffee. Very helpful!

Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and hot. Rooms was clean as was the hotel grounds. The location was exactly where we needed to be and close to everything else we wanted to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel

If you selected this hotel due to close proximity to the Universal parks, it's in a good location, but be aware that the website says there is a shuttle to the parks, but there is not one! Get yourself an Uber!
