The room had plenty of space for us and all our suitcases, etc. The room and the carpet were clean. Even the hallway was clean and didn't smell bad, like some hotels. The beds were very comfortable.

This is a great hotel not too far from Bristol Renaissance Festival. Our room was beautifully updated and comfortable. The pool was quite chilly, but was available for our use. Breakfast was your typical fast buffet, so it could use a few more food allergy safe options.

Recently refurbished bedrooms which are very comfortable, spacious & spotlessly clean
Very poor check in experience. Un-welcoming attitude from the staff member that was on duty when we arrived, which after a long flight is not ideal nor does it give a good first impression of the hotel.
The hotel lacks atmosphere and would benefit from a bar area in the reception .
The swimming pool isn't heated!
Very good breakfast service run by Carol who is amazing.
Handy location for shops and local hospitals. We stayed here as visiting a family member in hospital.
Large fridge in the room which is a bonus. Very comfortable beds, good quality linen and pillows.

The service from the time we checked in til we left was great. The room was very comfortable. It was also clean as was the bathroom. The staff was informed and polite. We had breakfast the next morning and there was plenty to choose from. We've stayed here before and will again.

Our stay here was amazing. I own my own short term rental so I am very picky. This hotel was very clean, very spacious rooms and overall a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I love staying here. I stay here when I can. Staff is really nice and helpful. Place is really comfortable. my room is really quiet and clean. excellent place.

In Pleasant Prairie we found friendly service & Clean, Comfortable rooms. The variety of Breakfast options fueled us the each day, if you are traveling to the Kenosha area I highly recommend staying at the IHG Holiday Inn Express.

Room was like a small studio condo. Very impressive and very cool layout. This was a Queen Double which typically falls in the standard category. The room that i had felt more like staying at a high-end condo. Colors in the room, lighting, carpet and small office area all very well done. Bathroom was more than expected and blended well into the floorplan. Wall Lighting and chair color/design also metro-cool. Good job IHG!
