Great place, price and location

Overall all good!
Why do the left and right side exit doors, have a working keypad, yet NO Door Handle to open it?
Upon returning on a very windy, rainy, cold night, the only parking spot was off right side of building. I thought OK, great side door access. I could barely open my car door and the wind slammed it shut. I got my key card out, swiped the pad. it lite up green...but No Door Handle!
I wonder how many people a day go through this or have a similar experience.
Why not put a large visible sign on door "NO Access" and remove the working keypad that does nothing!
I stayed here last year and the same potholes and ditches are still there, still bad and you need to carefully navigate around. You keep filling them with gravel and it gets washed out quickly as is evident with it all over the parking lot. They make a cold patch asphalt repair material that is easy to apply!
These are the 2 items that do need addressing!

They told us the sofa bed are broken and on the process of getting new one but had no other room available and had to sleep on the floor

Cozy stay, great service, and perfect location! Loved it! Sure!
My family and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again and again!
A Hotel with Potential but Lost in Its Own Barren Atmosphere

The hotel has the potential to shine, but unfortunately, it has adapted to the lifelessness of its surroundings—there's no limelight and no vibrant atmosphere.
This place offers so much potential, yet the staff and amenities fail to bring it to life. Upon our arrival, the hotel staff were unfriendly, greeting us with no smiles. They did not provide a proper orientation regarding essential information such as the Wi-Fi setup, available amenities, or even the breakfast schedule. Information was only offered when we explicitly asked for it, and there seemed to be a bias in treatment—guests who appeared American received greater respect.
The facilities were also disappointing. The laundry room was out of order, and the ice machine only functioned on the fourth floor. The lack of warmth from the staff created an unwelcoming atmosphere. While the room was visually appealing, its bland ambiance made me want to check out immediately.
This will be my last visit to this hotel.

We stay here often for the convenient location and have for several years. The front desk staff are helpful and quieted down some noisy neighbors this trip which was very appreciated. We also appreciate the welcoming holiday/seasonal decor in the lobby.
The building itself needs some updating and the common areas are not kept as clean as they should be. The hallways are only vacuumed once a week and the hall carpet is always stained and dirty looking. The general ladies room on the main floor had dirty floors. Thankfully the rooms are typically clean when we arrive. We know help is hard to find and we try to help by not having our room serviced while we stay, but there are improvements that need to be made to the maintenance of this facility that are long overdue.

Was here last month and said when iam back in the area that I was coming here.. I drove an extra hour to this hotel cause of the comfort from last time.. but wanted to stay more then one night. Glad I did and next time I won’t to come for relaxation and not work.

This is my "go to" when in the area. Super friendly staff. Immaculately clean rooms. I recommend to my business associates and they thank me for pointing them in this right direction.

Very friendly service at check-in. The rooms are clean. My room faced the water and you couldn't beat the view of the bay and sunset.
Good, basic breakfast. Seemed like Wednesday is biscuits and gravy, the best day of the week.
The entrance sneaks up on you as you're driving along, so start signaling early.
