This property can be a bit noisy, but the staff are very friendly and the location is the best.

Everything was great until the next morning when I went to shower & there were black hairs on 2 of the 3 shower walls. I am blonde & my husband a redhead so we know they didn’t come from us!

The staff were not very willing to change the channels in the lobby area. Several people asked and were told that they were unable to until asked for management information.

The whole experience was great .checking in the staff was pleasant and welcoming The room was clean and neat I got to enjoy the breakfast both days.The staff was amazing.The location was great wasn't far from where I lived .

The Hotel is great, nice and modern interior with comfortable beds and a nice work out room.
The hotel can improve the breakfast. It would be really nice if they want back to proper plates, cups and eating utencils.

Would recommend IHG highly. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of options for a healthy breakfast.

Experienced difficulty with the Check-in process: Corporate credit card transaction would not complete. Desk agent asked if I had an alternate credit card for use. None available. Desk agent suggested I contact VISA. I contacted VISA, and was told the transactions were not accepted as the IHG system presented a credit card (with the same account number) that had expired, despite the credit card I presented having an expiration date of year 2026. Desk agent made an additional attempt, credit card was accepted (this resulted in a fifteen-minute check-in process, and a bit of frustration).
Room 304 is in need of attention. The primary carpet walk path is stained with dark areas, and the corners of the shower facility were dirty with mold bacteria.
Experienced difficulty with the check-out process. My work scheduled changed, and I needed to check-out one day early. Desk agent advised he was not authorized to complete the check-out procedure due to an early check-out date (he needed Management assistance). I left without a printed receipt which is required for submission with my business expense report.
I am unlikely to return to this property in the near future, and will utilize the Holiday Inn Express located in the downtown area of Richmond, VA for future stays.

I was at this hotel last minute for a death in the family. The staff was wonderful. The place was quiet and clean. It was a refuge from the difficulties that we faced each day. I am grateful for their care and kindness in a moment of grief.

When I arrived the staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering. The checkin process was quick and easy. The bathroom on the first floor was nice and clean. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The lobby area had a great lounge that was fun with all the activities. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, clean, staff friendly and great amenities. Breakfast was hit and had several options. Good value and being an IHG member gave me a deeper discount. Loved the big screen TV’s and the lounge area
