Who’s in hot water??? Not I

Disappointed was cool to type it. No hot water for a good shower to start the day off. While bed was comfortable way too high. Need a stepstool to access the bed… Reserved and requested ADA room upon arrival they were none to be had. I did mention that I specifically reserved and it fell on deaf ears a little disappointed, not even an apology. No smiles in the evening or in the morning when I checked out, staff doesn’t seem very happy. A smile goes a long way to fix things… Think some more hospitality training needs to be done here.

Would seek other accommodations at this time. The up side was the friendliness of the front desk people.

This hotel was very warm in the common areas, like they did not want to spend the money to use A/C, this is Florida . Also, the common areas had a strong odor. The odor did not carry over to the rooms though. Staff was rude.

I have stayed in IHG hotels all over the country. And, this stay was the first time I have been truly disappointed, and disgusted.
There were pieces of candy wrappers on the floor under the bed, toenail clippings on the bathroom floor, and blood splatter on the shower wall- which I did not notice until the following morning. Needless to say, I did not shower and checked out immediately!
As always, staff is very friendly.
Clean but service and room keys could have been better

The key slots in the doors were very loose and it would take 10 tries to unlock our door. Also our towels were removed and not replaced twice.
But the rooms, eating area and lobby were all very clean.

Friendly staff at morning including the lady from the front desk, manager and kitchen but at night-overnight i cant say the same thing. There was a guy that check me in but I didn't feel welcome at all and we were having a issue with the AC on the room which the manager took care of but this guy fron the overnight shift was not able to find a solution or compensation for me.

Overall stay was nice. One of the lights between the beds did not work, bathtub was stopped up and yogurt expired 4 days ago at breakfast.

Do Not Stay at this Hotel!! Stayed there three nights in March 2025, woke up with a rash on my leg did not know what it was from. After we checked out, found there were bed bugs in our luggage!!! This was confirmed by an exterminator. See attached pix. Threw my luggage out and multiple other items. Multiple things wrong with this hotel. Booked the hotel a month in advance and they did not have the accessible room we reserved when we checked in. They put us in a small standard room in which I could not use my walker as it didn't fit past the beds or into the bathroom. Next morning they moved us upstairs to a handicapped room. This room turned out to have multiple things wrong with it. Smoke detector was beeping, they had to replace the battery. Window shade did not come down was more than halfway up, people could see in, and we could see the traffic out on the road. Could not pull it down manually. Deadbolt lock broken on door, so they had 2 flip locks on the door, outlet I used night before did not work the next day, and bathroom lock did not lock. When we told them about the window shade, they told us it needed charging; came back later shade still not down, night clerk said motor was broken. Said there were no other rooms to move us to. Husband helped clerk hang mattress cover over the window. Hotel breakfast was also terrible. We have been staying at Holiday Inn Expresses for the past 3 years and are an IHG member and this is by far the worse one we have ever been at!! Most upsetting is the bed bugs, will have to keep checking and respraying for because they are very hard to get rid of. Costing us a lot of money to get rid of them. All in all a devastating experience. Totally ruined our vacation. Called Corporate office and reported the bed bugs and they never called us back. Called Corporate office 3 times to date and says it has to be handled by the owner/manager of the Stuart Hotel and he still has not called us back. My 2nd call to Corporate was over 3 days ago. Called Corporate again today, they called the owner/manager and he said he would call us immediately. He did not. Still waiting for a phone call.

Great location next to I-95, but same time quiet rooms.
Used it for atooiver on route from MIA to JAX
I recommend this place.

The location was very close to the I-95. A great location if you need a place that won’t pull you too far from your road trip. I stayed there with family. Check in was easy. Luggage trolleys were available. Parking was included and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfy. We got a great night’s rest. I wish the towels were bigger and fluffier. I also would have preferred more charging ports for devices in the rooms. The check in and check out staff was excellent. I would stay there again.
Also, enough dining options within walking distance. A chain donut shop and the best Italian restaurant are Next door . Worth visiting again !

It was a good place to stay and very clean. I been to other places is not very clean. It was very horrible place. The food was very cold. Especially the room we did not had enough towels nor toilet paper but thank you that place I stay is very clean love it.
