The Americano is a bold and contemporary expression of Italian cuisine, a restaurant and bar where soulful dishes tell a story of place, season, and connection. Here, our menu is shaped by traditions of Italy and the voice of Chef Scott Conant, reinterpreted through the lens of his passion and culinary journey. This is not Italian-American, it’s forward-looking cuisine with intention, anchored in craft and delivered with the warmth and elegance that define true hospitality. A spirited bar program offers inventive cocktails that nod to Italy while embracing modern technique, joined by a focused, thoughtfully curated wine list that pairs classic bottlings alongside esoteric delights.

Join us from 4–9PM for a festive Easter Dinner crafted by two-time James Beard Award–winning chef Scott Conant — and meet Chef Conant in person during the celebration. The special holiday menu showcases seasonal ingredients and his signature soulful approach to Italian cuisine, featuring dishes like Pea Soup with smoked trout, mint, and Riesling, Tagliatelle Bolognese with fontina fonduta, and Lamb Chops Abbacchio with potato pavé, broccoli rabe, and concentrated tomato.
End on a sweet note with decadent desserts including Strawberry Crostata, Mascarpone Cheesecake, and Chocolate Basil Mousse. A thoughtfully curated children’s menu will also be available, making it a memorable Easter for guests of all ages.
