Executive Chef

William Rivera

William Rivera is the Executive Chef of Blue Matisse Restaurant and Nau Lounge at the InterContinental at Doral Miami. With over 25 years in international cuisine, he excels in fine dining and restaurant management. Notably, he prepared a dinner for President Obama.

Chef Rivera crafts innovative Italian and Mediterranean menus and has collaborated with Michelin Star Chef Daniel Boulud. Certified in food safety, he began his culinary journey at 19 after moving from Peru. Outside the kitchen, he trains in Mixed Martial Arts and enjoys quality time with his family.
