From our 12-hour braised short rib, to our carefully spiced halibut, revel in an eclectic menu focused on wellness. Choose from our extensive wine list to accompany your meal. Maximum of 22 people per private dining event.

Chef Harol Ortiz

Our Executive Chef Harol Ortiz, originally from Venezuela, brings not only the unique flavors of Latin American cuisine, but was classically trained as a French chef. Some of these accolades include: Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation, World Master Chef from the World Master Chef Society, and Maître Rôtisseur for Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Andrea Antonioli

As Director of Food and Beverage outlets at InterContinental Houston, Andrea brings 30 years of hospitality, business, and a genuine passion for guests to the hotel. He developed his career in the food and beverage industry, after receiving a law degree at the University of Brescia, to continue his love for connecting with people and hospitality. He is eager to find ways to improve the F&B product and the service performance, while making a positive impact on others at our hotel.
