The Parlour uses freshly picked herbs from The Barclay rooftop garden, which are incorporated into the restaurant's food and beverage offerings. Our rooftop garden houses 4 hives of Carniola Honey Bees producing over 200 lbs. honey a year! Urban beekeeper Andrew Cote from ‘Andrew’s honey’ take care of our bees year-round.

Ring in 2026 at The Barclay on Wednesday, December 31, with a festive evening of celebrations. Bring the whole family to The Parlour, where seatings are available from 9–11 PM and 11 PM–1 AM, and savor a memorable night together. Toast the new year with Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut for $32 a glass or enjoy a bottle with a dozen oysters for $175, with sparkling cider included for non-drinkers and guests under 21. The celebration continues into the new year with extended breakfast service at The Parlour and through In-Room Dining until 12 PM.
