Grand Ballroom is 4,954 sq. ft. with rich Chinoiserie-style upholstery on the walls and elegant chandeliers. Perfect color scheme for subtle background to highlight your selected wedding color palette. Can hold up to 450 guests for a ceremony and 350 guests for a dinner reception with dance floor.

Empire Ballroom is 3,546 sq. ft. with delicate light fixtures and rectangular in shape. Perfect subtle color scheme for blank canvas background to highlight your selected wedding palette. Can fit up to 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a dinner reception with dance floor.

Barclay Salon

Barclay Salon is a 2,043 sq. ft. junior ballroom with crystal chandeliers located on the Lobby Level. Can hold up to 150 guests for a ceremony and 80 guests for a dinner reception with dance floor.

The hotel is not a Kosher facility, but we can partner with an outside caterer for Kosher related events. Additional fees will apply. Please inquire for more details by emailing barclaygs@ihg.com. 

It is possible to host multiple events at the hotel. We are happy to check our availability and send you a proposal completed with dates and pricing. Please contact barclaygs@ihg.com to connect with our team.  

To ensure availability and to have enough preparation time, we always suggest to find and book a venue at your earliest opportunity.

We do not have wedding guest transportation readily onsite, but our Concierge Team is readily available to arrange for any transportation needs.
