InterContinental Perth City Centre West Australian Ballet
West Australian Ballet is the oldest ballet company in Australia and is based in Perth, at the Western Australian Ballet Centre in Maylands. The company was founded in 1952 by Madame Kira Bousloff, and is now home to 47 professional dancers who perform seven seasons annually under the leadership of Artistic Director Aurelien Scannella.
West Australian Ballet performs for three seasons at His Majesty’s Theatre, in May, September, November, and December annually, as well as at numerous venues around Western Australia, nationally and internationally.
