Real Meeting Room space

Real Ballrooms

Our Real l or Real Il meeting rooms are our large meeting rooms perfect for any company event or conference. Hosts 120-600 guests depending on which setup you prefer.

Real lll, with natural lighting, will bring elegance to any event.

Combine all three of the Reals together for one magnificent event. With beautiful natural lighting, choose your preferred setup and with our amenities, your vision will come to life. 

Arboleda Rooms


Our next largest meeting rooms with natural lighting, Arboleda 1 and Arboleda 2, are a great choice for conferences or gatherings. Choose from several different seating arrangements. This space will hold 32-132 guests per room and is next to the gardens and the pools.

The Arboledas option gives the ability to host up to 200 guests in a beautiful and elegant, naturally lit room. 

Cedro Room

Cedros Rooms

Our naturally lit Cedro 1, Cedro 2 and Cedro 3 are an excellent option for any good size meeting or gathering. Each one holds up to 72 guests depending on the setup you choose.

Open all three rooms for the Cedros, and you have a beautifully large space with the capacity of 250 guests,  offering natural light and 5 drop down screens and projectors.

Laurel Room

Laurel Rooms

Laurel rooms (1, 2 and 3) are located right across from our Cedros rooms, also lit with natural lighting. This room is a great choice for a company meeting or conference from 32-72 guests. They are separated by real walls, which is perfect for private meetings without having noise disruptions from other meetings nearby.

Terraza Real

Terraza Real offers a beautiful outdoors gathering area that is perfect for corporate events or weddings; it is a great complement for Reales ballroom, great for coffee breaks and cocktail events. 


One of the smallest breakout rooms holding up to 10 guests. A great option for a breakout room, or a small meeting space. 


Our Cipres room is located at the lobby level. Existing boardroom style set up room the perfect option for a breakout room of 10. 


Choosing the Sauco room will give a little more privacy and space for breakout sessions or side meetings during any event. Located across from the Robles room holding 4 guests in roundtable.


The Carao room is another small room with a boardroom seating arrangement holding 6 guests conveniently located across from the Robles room. 

Club Tower

Our naturally lighted room for a small business meeting or breakout room is the perfect size for 12 guests seated around our boardroom style arrangement. 

Robles Room

Roble 1 and 2 (separately) room can hold up to 72 guests depending on your preferred setup. Perfect to plan your next business meeting.

Having a larger meeting? Combine both Roble 1 & 2, which opens up the area to twice the space if needed and hold up to 144 guests.
