Frequently Asked Questions
Our dress code is smart casual, and we encourage guests to dress to impress. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that sportswear, tracksuits, gym trainers (fashion trainers are welcome), caps, and flip-flops are not worn. Please note that entry to the venue is at the manager’s discretion.
Afternoon Tea is served at Cloud 23 from Thursday to Monday, 12:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Please note that the service is not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Our Sky High Afternoon Tea starts from £35 per person and includes a curated selection of savoury delights, freshly baked scones, and an assortment of sweet treats inspired by iconic Manchester landmarks, alongside unlimited tea. For an added touch of indulgence, upgrade to a Cocktail or Champagne Afternoon Tea from £45 per person.
