Casa de los Vitrales is a building of neoclassical-eclectic style. Built with reinforced concrete and roofs of wooden structures and galvanized sheets. Its design is the work of architect Antonin Nechodoma and dates to 1912.

In this two-level house, the spacious living rooms and gardens stand out, designed specifically as a family residence. It has elegant architectural details and incorporates elements and materials representative of the era, many of which were imported from Germany, France and the United States. The marble and parquet floors stand out, as do the polychrome stained glass from the Chicago School.

The house was recognized by the International Committee for Documentation and Conservation of Buildings, Sites and Neighbourhoods of the Modern Movement (DOCOMOMO) as a master example of 20th-century Dominican architecture.

Casa Antillana dazzles with an Antillean colonial style that celebrates the dynamic culture of the Caribbean islands. Located on the pedestrian street Macoris, the house is bright and fresh. A spacious living room welcomes visitors and connects to the outdoors, where a large sea-grape tree graces the courtyard.

The house features two Luxury Superior rooms and one Superior Colonial room that open directly onto the interior courtyard. The bathrooms are spacious, with antique tubs and bathed in natural light.

Upon crossing the threshold, everything is luminous; the main living room connects to the courtyard through large white doors that create a natural transition between interior and exterior. Inside the house, the intimate dining room and living room provide a cool haven for rest. On the terrace, the dining area next to the pool creates a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Upon opening its doors you will be transported to the 16th century, where elegance, comfort and privacy converge. A large living room with brick tiles and thick white walls welcomes visitors, from where the interior courtyard and the covered terrace can be glimpsed.

Our Royal Suite has two spacious rooms with private bathrooms, a dining room, a terrace with a seating area and dining space, a courtyard and a plunge pool. The spacious rooms are elegantly decorated with details and designs created especially for this house.

Situated on the grounds of the former Monastery of the Dominicans, the original structure dates back to the Spanish colonial era. The house has been completely renovated and decorated with antique maps and plantation-style furniture, which combined with the colorful printed tiles create a colonial-tropical atmosphere. The layout of the rooms converges toward the courtyard, with its lush greenery and its pool.

The house has three Luxury Superior rooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. All are decorated with a particular theme, with furnishings and works by local artists. The interior of this house is decorated with maps representing the exploration of the Spanish colony. In the large living room, white and blue curtains open to the dining room and the open kitchen, an ideal space for gathering and culinary demonstrations.
