After a 6 hour flight, I arrived to hotel/motel with external door. As a pregnant female, I had concerns with my safety generally - the hotel staff offered no alternative accommodations. Arrived in room to discover that TV, telephone, and heating were all not functioning. Maintenance was able to correct the telephone - not able to resolve other issues. Worst night sleep in a very long time. Room rate was ~$300 and the staff did not offer any refund to compensate for non-functioning room. Will not stay there again - would not recommend.

untruthful and unresponsive in answering the questions I raised. I rate my experience at this hotel, "POOR".

My husband and I booked a 3 night stay for Stanford Parent's Weekend and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Cabana Suite. The room and balcony were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff, were very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and plan to visit again.
