Nice, but confused staff

The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and clean. But the staff seemed very confused about the terms of my reservation and those of my companions. Our reservations were supposed to include complimentary breakfast, but sometimes that was honored and other times not. If we asked two different staff or managers, we got two different answers depending on whether they were the evening staff or the morning staff. A consistent story would heve been appreciated.

Front desk staff needs to be further trained to pay attention to details and know what is going on in their workplace.
Temperature in room and meeting room was in the 60s and could not be adjusted! I was warmer outside.
Food was not very good especially for the price; I ate elsewhere.
Room was okay with a view of the roof.
Bathroom was great with a tub that worked.
