The hotel was very busy during our stay but the staff was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds/pillows we to our liking. Our breakfasts were as ordered and the[More] service was good.

Clean room and great service
I've stayed at this location many times. I'm always impressed with the great customer service that I have been given each and every time my family and I have stayed at this location.
Sharon at the[More] front desk is great. She is always smiling and makes sure that all guests are happy.
I was very disappointed in the lounge. Group of friends went to the bar and the service was appalling. I have never had such horrible service there. The waitress was very rude.[Less]
