I have a one year old at home (nearby) who has not slept through the night- not even once so I needed to get some sleep. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as I requested a room far from other guests. The best part was the late check-out. I was not rushed and was able to take my time and enjoy some much needed respite. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's all about customer service You could be staying in a palace but if customer service is bad, your experience is less than regal. I love friendly staff, who are genuine. Nothing turns my visit sour more than people acting nice. When all the staff is friendly, you know you are in a good working environment. This is my second stay in Milford at this Holiday Inn Express. Both times I have had friendly staff from check in to check out. All my personal needs were met. I have arthritis in both knees, I want a room on the first floor near the pool. No problem. It's done. I forgot some toiletries. No problem. It's at the front desk. Yes the beds are soft; the rooms are clean; the internet is great; breakfast is tasty, but if staff is rude to me, I am not coming back. I will be back to the Holiday Inn Express in Milford, because for me, it's all about customer service. November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Neat We stopped overnight here after a very long day on the road. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The rooms were what you would expect from HI Express. The only unfortunate thing for us was an early riser (5:00 am) who was in the room above us and who was a very heavy walker, basically woke us up far earlier than we wanted to be awake by their heavy footsteps (stomping) back and forth many times around their room above us. Next time we will ask to be put on the top floor to avoid this happening again. October 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy bed Great stay. Quiet clean and comfy. The only annoying thing is the TV- the channel selection is not up to date and there is no menu to choose from you actually have to scroll through the stations. But VERY comfy bed and pillows! slept great! October 28, 2014
