Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Review This is a footnote to the poor review I have previously submitted through my booking agent. In addition to the comments in that review, I was extremely upset to find that when I reviewed my credit card statement for the period my wife and I were guests, I found that the hotel had erroneously charged me for expenses I did not incur. I called the property on August 10 and spoke to a lady I will not identify, and asked for an explanation. Since I had prepaid through my booking agent, and did not charge anything while we were guests, I wanted to know what happened. She put me on hold for several minutes, and came back with the lame excuse that it was due to a "computer glitch" No apology or expression of concern was given me. Like I stated in my previous review, we have stayed here several times in the past, but NEVER AGAIN. August 15, 2015
