Clean room but had a bad oder.

On arrival I explained to the check in clerk that my wife had bad allergies. We had our dog with us which is a hypoallergenic breed. The room had a bad oder but since it was the only room available we stayed. Also the comforter smelled like body oder maybe from the staff putting under their arm to carry it.
Hotel cleanness was good !

I would definitely stay again !! Hotel staff were nice and very professional. Room was clean. The hotel is not far from restaurants & grocery stores. Approximately 20 minutes from Virginia Beach & downtown Norfolk.

Staff needs to work on people skills.They were rude and unprofessional. The cleaning services were really weird and confusing. No continental breakfast or anything.

I enjoy the Staff and management catered to all my needs. They great me with a smile and made sure my stay was great. Melinda was awesome making sure I received mall and continued to ask if I needed anything. She was amazing

We have stayed her before because of the excellent service and convenient location. I would recommend this Candlewood Suite to others who are traveling in the area.

No problems with this facility. Would absolutely stay here again if I travel the area. Convenient to roadways on my travel route. Clean, quiet facilities.

I truly enjoyed my time there. Staff was super friendly. Never felt uncomfortable and they always made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for your amazing service

Hope you get the smell figured out. The owners standard of living reflects in the property upkeep and condition. It didn’t totally suck but there is plenty of room to grow to excellence. Maybe take a walk around the place and ask yourself if you 100% proud to be in this business

The staffing at this hotel is more like FAMILY to me.
I've never been disappointed during my stay. They always made me feel WELCOMED. I would like to say "THANK YOU" for kindness and comfort when I lost my Mother .
