We checked in on Saturday evening and at about 4:30 Sunday morning the fire alarms went off. Everyone evacuated, there was no fire and we all went back to our rooms. Just before we left on Friday morning we found out the alarm had not been reset until Thursday. The hotel had been operating without a working system for a number of days. By the number of people hanging around outside during the day it appeared that they have a number of displaced people living there.

I typically check everything for cleanliness. Everything seemed great room seemed clean. Going on no sleep I went straight to bed. Woke up the next morning to find the sheets had been used and were at best completely gross. Taking another shower immediately I found most of the towels were also filthy and gross. Looks good till you get into using the room. I wouldn't stay here again if the room was free.

This place is a fantastic location for a visit to Boston and the north shore. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. This location is very easily accessible from the mayor highways. Great deal for the money.
