Terrible on all accounts

I had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st room had not been cleaned and was filthy. In the 2nd room the only light that worked was in the refrigerator. The 3rd room was okay and I accepted it but I had to regulate the heat myself. The thermostat didn't work at all and I had to keep getting up to turn it off and on manually. In the morning the front desk wasn't manned and I couldn't get a printed receipt. I will never stay here again.
No shuttle!

Your site said there was a shuttle from the airport. We were stranded at the airport because no one answered the phone at the hotel, and when we finally got there, the desk clerk just said, "no, we don't have a shuttle." I restrained myself, but I was furious. Never again!
You also need to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. My wife informed me we would NOT be taking showers in there.
And there were no snacks or vending. Empty shelves!

Fantastic stay with food and grocery nearby and the proximity to the airport made travel easy the day after. Great location and highly recommend it.

Will never stay at a Candlewood Suites again. Window was open when I arrived, first floor. (Scary). No trash bags in trashcans. No blanket on bed, 3 sheets not including fitted sheet. Poor customer service, could not understand. Chose this hotel due to the free airport shuttle, no longer have. Take it off the website then.

Don't. If you are expecting a shuttle from there to Syr Hancock prepare to be disappointed. Before arriving we wanted to confirm if there was a shuttle there or not, we called multiple times and each time no one picked up. Since the website stated that they provided a shuttle we kept our reservation. Upon arrival, receptionist told us that they in fact did not provide it and that we can stay at another lodging. By the time we arrived there it was past the cancellation time so we would have lost 50% of what we paid. I wouldn't be so upset about that our room wasnt so disgusting. When you enter it has a very musty smell it, the pillows smelled of cigarette smoke and the bed smelled of mold. We do not recommend for anyone to stay at this location.

Overall cleanliness is poor, hallways and walls are not tended to. My first room had not been cleaned. In fact there was food underneath the covers, sink and bathtub had hair left in them, and floor had not been vacuumed. The staff had simply re-made the bed and handed me the key. I returned to the front desk to ask for a new room and the woman there told me it was "not her fault." The new room had been cleaned but still missing a smoke detector. Very difficult to feel comfortable here.

First room, #229 was not cleaned prior to our arrival, head indent on pillow, comforter tossed on. Trash/debris on sink, black shoe prints on bathroom floor & room smelled of smoke. 2nd room, #230, toilet was completely dirty with giant black stains in the front, yellow urine stains on base of the porcelain and on the walls and flooring around it. Puddles of cleaner on the table, giant pan burn stains on the counter, and the cleaner smell so overwhelming it was suffocating to sleep in.
Bed was OK.

The one thing I didn't mention is that both glasses had stuff stuck to them so we did wash them. I did take the time to wash them.

I will not be returning to this hotel. A bug was in one bed, dark hairs in the other. No bath towels in the room, only one knife in the kitchen. No spoons or forks, a leaking bathroom faucet. A very unpleasant experience.

Really bad smell in the room and hallway. Missing light fixtures and light bulbs, furniture completely run down looks like from the 80is. Stains on doors and walls. No body wash, tv remote not working. Looks like there's no quality control in this place. Staff was polite and helpful.

The room was marginally clean and had no amenities. There was not even a waste can in the room! Kitchenette did not have any glassware or mugs and there was no ability to make coffee in the room. The Candlewood Cupboard had only 3 items
