Helpful friendly staff

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, the clerk was friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and was super nice. My room was clean and cool. The only issue was the sticky buttons on the remote but other then that it was perfect. Check out was easy and quick

I was there for business and the hotel was in a great location parking lot was well lit and I felt really safe. The hotel hallway could be upgraded and rooms have shades instead of curtains. For more privacy and room darkening. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful.
Room Type wrong

Reserved a room with two queen beds. When we checked in, they had us in a room with one king bed. They stated they had no other rooms available. We had to sleep in the same bed (not my spouse). The front desk person was kind and stated he would be sure to get me "extra points" for the trouble and they would post to my account right away. Two calls and 1 1/2 weeks later, no points and no return call. Although the location was great and the accommodations okay, if you need two beds, don't risk booking this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, the outdoor area was beautiful and the staff were pleasant. I will definitely book again!
Close to Airport

Pleasant place to stay near restaurants and airport. I would stay here again given opportunity. Has partial kitchen with amenities.

Could have been better. Check in was great along with the size of the room. They need to do some pest control. Bugs were an issue.

when I arrived at the hotel, the staff was to worried about being on her phone. Had to verbally make my presence known. Wrong room, booked a studio King and did not get the room i booked.

Location was great, easy for shopping and restaurants . Hotel needs some upkeep. Room door did not latch tightly.
Smelled like mildew, saw a roach by the microwave.

Smelled bad, looked like dried boogers on walls, filthy elevator, cracks in bathroom wall, noisy neighbors, roaches, housekeeping vacuuming at 8 a.m., cold indoor pool, staff rarely looked up from their electronic devices to even acknowledge you. Disappointed.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We like that you provided all the Dove products in the bathroom.
