Evening clerk was horrible

My room was not cleaned or serviced until I had to make a complaint. The evening clerk on November 23rd was rude and not helpful at all. We had to take our towels down to the front desk for replacement towel but we were told that there were no more towels available. I expressed that that was unacceptable and that we needed to take baths after a long day and that we were paying to stay there. She said that she would try to find them and bring them up to our room but she never came. The next morning we went downstairs and told the morning clerk and was told that she should have brought them and that she knew where to get towels and that others had complained and the manager was going to speak with her. I also asked on Friday after seeing that our room was not going to be cleaned, if someone could come and at least vacuum!

Staff is very awesome and kind. Rooms are extremely large. A little worn but for the price can't complain. Would definitely return.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. We got the Queen Suite, it had a queen bed and pull out sofa. The bathroom was amazing. Overall our stay was great!
