How to book using an IHG Group Booking Link

Click on the link to access the hotel’s website or the "Select your room" page.
Enter your check-in and check out dates, the number of rooms, and the number of guests.
Click "View Prices" if on the hotel’s website or "Search" if on the "Select your room" page.
If your preferred dates are unavailable at the Group Rate, try selecting available dates separately. Book the available nights at the Group Rate and reserve any remaining nights at the Best Available Rate.

How to book using an IHG Group Code

Once you receive the code from your group’s coordinator, go to IHG.com and in the "Destination" field, enter the city where the hotel is located.
Select your stay dates, the number of rooms and guests as needed, and keep the "Rate Preference" set to Best Available and click “Search”.
Find the hotel where your group is staying and click "Select Hotel" to go to “Select your Room” page.
On the "Select Your Room" page, click on "Rate Preference" and choose "Group Rate" (found at the bottom of the selection list).
Enter your Group Code in the designated box and click "Search" again to update the rates and availability.
