IHG Hotels & Resorts ‘Flash Sale Promotional Offer’: Save up to 25% (members save 25%, non-members save 20%. (“Promotional Rate”) is valid across participating properties and brands in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and The Caribbean for bookings made between February 17, 2026 – February 26, 2026 (both dates inclusive) and for stays between February 20, 2026 – April 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive). The ‘2026 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’ is a valid discount off participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), as determined by the participating hotel in its sole discretion, the BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating in hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Promotional Rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional Rate is non-transferable and has no cash value. Promotional Rate is not applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fee. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date. No deposit is required for bookings made more than 7 days of arrival. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require one night deposit. One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. For hotels in the state of California only: (IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members) can cancel a reservation for hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.

Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Points and will be subject to the IHG One Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts Early Booking discount is valid for bookings made from February 19, 2026 - February 26, 2026 for stays from May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 at select Iberostar Beachfront Resorts in Aruba, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, and Miami (United States).

Maximum discount of up to 45%. Discounts may vary by hotel and dates and may be subject to availability limitations. Discounts have already been applied to rates shown.

The Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes or other promotions. IHG Hotels & Resorts and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion, either in part or in whole.
