Book Now Pay Later - Terms & Conditions

The Book Now Pay Later (the “Campaign”) is valid for selected bookings made from 7 May 2026 until 24 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG branded hotels and resorts in India, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Nepal, Kuwait, Angola, Oman, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Kenya from 7 May until 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Now Pay Later” and “Book Now Pay Later – IHG One Rewards Member Rate” during the Booking Dates. 

The Campaign offers a discount of up to twenty-five percent (25%) off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate.  IHG One Rewards Members are eligible to receive an additional six percent (6%) discount on bookings in the Campaign which are made directly through IHG channels (IHG Brand websites, IHG contact centres or directly at an IHG branded hotel).IHG One Rewards Members are eligible to receive an additional ten percent (10%) discount on bookings in the Campaign which are made through the IHG app. The public discount and member discount combined equates to a total discount of up to thirty-five percent (35%) off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate for IHG One Rewards Members. 

Bookings made in this Campaign with the Book Now Pay Later rate must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival at the hotel (although booking windows may vary by participating hotel and the hotel’s individual booking terms).  

No deposit required at the time of reservation.  

Reservations may be modified, changed, rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to three (3) prior to your scheduled check-in date at the hotel. 

A cancellation and no-show policy applies and if you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date or if you cancel or change your booking less than three (3) days before your scheduled arrival date, you will incur a charge of one (1) night’s stay. 

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. 

Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. 

The Campaign is available at participating hotels in India, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Nepal, Kuwait, Angola, Oman, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Kenya at participating InterContinental, Kimpton, Vignette Collection, voco, Crowne Plaza, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express branded hotels. IHG One Rewards members also receive 25% to 30% discount on dining as part of IHG Dining Deals at participating outlets when showing proof of their membership via the IHG App.  

Bookings made in this Promotion include breakfast. Children up to 12 years and sharing the room with full paying adults stay and eat free at Holiday Inn hotels (up to 2 children stay when sharing a room with up to 2 adults and up to 4 children eat free per dining family per meal or up to 2 children per parent per meal). Extra person charge may apply as per participating hotel’s policy. Any other specific meals/drinks are not included within this Promotion.   

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected. 

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining, taxes and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount.  

Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Campaign is not applicable to group bookings.  

The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or, discount. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Campaign.  

Certain room types at participating hotels may be excluded from the Campaign.  Hotel policy may vary in regard to the minimum length of stay required and number of guests allowed per room. 

Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.  Hotel specific early departure fee may apply.  

At Holiday Inn, Kids under 12 eat and stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the Kids Menu with an accompanying paying adult guest.  

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Campaign or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Campaign.
