*IHG Hotels & Resorts Member Exclusive Summer Sale (Promotional Rate) Members Save 20% is valid across participating properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, The Caribbean, East Asia and The Pacific and is valid only for bookings made by IHG One Rewards Members from June 24 – July 7, 2025 and for stays between June 27 – September 30, 2025.
The Member Exclusive Summer Sale Promotional Rate is a valid discount for IHG One Rewards Members only and bookable across IHG direct channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at the hotel. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Promotional Rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional Rate is not applicable to group bookings. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date. No deposit required if booking 7+ days in advance of arrival. If booking within 3-6 days of arrival, 1st night deposit is required at time of booking. Reservation can be modified, changed, rebooked or cancelled until 7 days prior to arrival. 1 night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. For hotels in the state of California only: IHG One Rewards Member guests can cancel a reservation for a hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.
Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Points and will be subject to the IHG One Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Limited Time Offer Terms & Conditions
**The 'Limited Time Offer’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for select bookings made from June 17, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”), for stays between June 20, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive). Promotion available on IHG direct booking channels using the ‘Limited Time Offer’ rate.
The Promotion offers IHG One Reward members savings of 30%, and non-members savings of 25%, off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.
Valid for stays between June 20, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive). Bookings must be made three (3) days in advance of your check-in date and minimum length of stay may be required at select hotels.
At select hotels a stayover on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may be required to secure the ‘Limited Time Offer’ Promotion.
No deposit is required for bookings made more than 7 days of arrival. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require one night deposit.
One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
The Promotion is only valid in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean at select, participating Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection Hotels, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo, voco, Crowne Plaza and EVEN brands. The Promotional offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at a hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges, and resort/amenity fees are not included. Any other in-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Rates are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. The final bill at the hotel will be in the hotel’s local currency. Hotel specific early departure fee applies.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
***Iberostar Beachfront Resorts Terms & Conditions
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts offer for up to 40% off is valid for bookings made from June 17, 2025 to June 30, 2025 for stays from June 20, 2025 to September 30, 2025 at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts in Aruba, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico and Miami (United States). Both dates for book and stay by are inclusive.
Maximum discount of up to 40%. Discount rates may vary according to dates, hotels, and room types, and are already applied to the price. Promo code is not required.
This offer may be subject to restrictions at some hotels on certain dates and may be subject to quota limitations.
