The '2026 Summer Sale’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for select bookings made from July 9 – July 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”), for stays between July 13 – December 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Stay Dates”). The Promotion is available on IHG Hotels & Resorts (“IHG”) direct booking channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel, using the ‘Summer Sale’ rate, and will also be available through participating third-party booking channels. Additional terms and conditions may apply for bookings made through third-party booking channels. 

• The Promotion offers IHG One Rewards members savings of up to 30%, and non-members savings of up to 25%, off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Discount may vary by hotel. Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. The rate applies to room only. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room.  
• Bookings must be made four (4) days in advance of your check-in date and minimum length of stay may be required at select hotels. No deposit is required for bookings. 
• Entire stay cancellation penalty if cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. For hotels in the state of California only: Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation if the booking was made 72 hours or more before check-in.

The Promotion is only valid in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. across participating brands. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion materials, IHG® Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. 

Bookings made through IHG direct booking channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at a hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit www.ihgonerewards.com for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use or abuse of the Promotion is detected. If you are not currently an IHG One Rewards member, you can enroll prior to making a booking. 

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges, and resort/amenity fees are not included. Any other in-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. A credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The final bill at the hotel will be in the hotel’s local currency. Hotel specific early departure fee applies.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability.
