*To participate in the "Stay Two Nights, Get 20K Points" promotional offer (the "Offer"), an individual must be an IHG One Rewards member and must be invited to participate in the Offer. This is a Limited Time Offer. After receiving an invitation, the member must register their member number by the date in the invitation in order to be eligible for the Offer. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 20,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points after completing two (2) Qualifying Room Nights booked directly with IHG. By registering for the Offer, a member is accepting these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for the 20,000 bonus points, both Qualifying Nights must be completed within 60 days (Offer Period) of the date you registered for the Offer. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to six (6) weeks for bonus points to be posted to your account.

To be a "Qualifying Room Night" under this Offer, the room night must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that were completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included. 

For purposes of this Offer, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum 1-night stay at a participating hotel that was booked directly with IHG through ihg.com, the IHG One Rewards app, an IHG reservations call center, an authorized travel agent (excluding any online travel agents or other online travel reservation sites, such as Expedia.com and booking.com, and unauthorized agents on online vertical travel portals), or directly with a participating hotel, using a Qualifying Rate and with a total spend of at least $30 dollars (or local equivalent) in Eligible Charges per night.

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands: 

Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.)

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Members can now earn and redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward Nights at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.) 

Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the full IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions). If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under this Offer for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will only receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a Qualifying Room Night.

The Offer can only be redeemed once during the Offer Period by the member who was invited to participate, and a maximum of 20,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. A member's participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient's member account. 

The bonus points earned during the "Stay Two Nights, Get 20K Points" Offer can be used toward Reward Nights and can be redeemed for merchandise or used for other redemption opportunities, as permitted under the IHG One Rewards program. 

IHG may withdraw points from a member's account if they were deposited into the member's account in error and may revoke all points in a member's account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel a member's account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This Offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Members who are invited to participate in this Offer may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.
