These “General Promotion Terms” shall govern all Offers under this Promotion.

You must be an IHG® Rewards member and must register your member number in advance of staying, to participate in the “4X points at avid™ hotels” (“Promotion”). Members can pre-register for this promotion starting July 26, 2021 through August 1, 2021. Members will be able to register, stay, and earn for this promotion beginning August 2, 2021 and ending on November 30, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). Upon registration, members will be presented with the opportunity to earn 4X bonus points every night stayed at an avid hotel during the Promotion Period when paying a Qualifying Rate (as such rates are defined in the IHG Rewards terms and conditions). A member earning “4X bonus points every night”, as defined by this campaign, will receive four times the base points earned on every night stayed at an avid hotel on a qualifying rate. You must register, book, and stay on or before November 30, 2021 to earn bonus points during the Promotion Period.

By clicking “click to register” you are registering for the Promotion. Members will be awarded bonus points based upon the number of nights consumed during the Promotion Period at avid hotels. Promotion Period begins on August 2, 2021 and ends on November 30, 2021. Members will only receive bonus points for nights occurring during the Promotion Period. Nights that occurred before or after the Promotion Period are excluded. The bonus points earned during the Promotion Period can be used towards Reward Nights, can be redeemed for merchandise, or for other redemption opportunities.

Qualifying nights are booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 for said night. The Promotion Period includes 121 nights and the maximum number of bonus points that can be earned per member is 30,000 bonus points over the entire Promotion Period.

Only one room per member per Qualifying Night will be eligible for the applicable bonus points, or other benefits (if any) available under the applicable Promotion. If more than one member checks into the same room, only one member is eligible for the applicable bonus points, or other benefits (if any) available under the applicable Promotion. If a member books more than one room on the same night, they will only receive Promotion points on one room and points will be based off the room with the higher average room night rate over the Promotion Period. IHG Rewards Members with a Miles earning preference will earn Points. No retroactive bonus points will be awarded for nights prior to registration in the Promotion. Except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions, please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for Promotion bonus points to be credited after checkout.

This Promotion is subject to standard IHG® Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions and earning structure, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihgrewards.com. Members can only participate in one Promotion at a time, unless specifically allowed by IHG. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s bonus points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG Rewards reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Promotion at any time with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion. Members must make any promotional inquiries by 60 days from the end of the Promotional Period.
