Purchases posted to your account with a transaction date during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Delays by the merchant could extend the transaction date beyond the offer period. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services; however, the following types of transactions won’t count: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. Please allow up to 8 weeks after the offer period ends for bonus points to post to your account. To qualify for this bonus offer, credit card account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate and who registered for the Promotion, and such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed.
