Stuyvenberg is one of our two executive boardrooms located on the lobby level with a maximum capacity of 10 persons. It has luxury furniture, including an integrated LCD projector, conference phone and flipchart as well as Click&Share technology

Meeting room Merode, on the lobby level can accommodate up to 350 persons and has a total surface of 396m². This contemporary meeting room has air-conditioning, natural daylight and a beautiful view of the park. It is suitable for every type of event.
Botanique-Warande

The Botanique-Warande room on park level has a maximum capacity of 70 persons and can also be divided into 2 smaller meeting rooms. The Botanique room has a nice park view and the Warande room is located near our English garden.
Egmont - Leopold - Soignes

The Egmont-Leopold-Soignes room on park level can accommodate up to 50 persons. Thanks to the movable walls, we can create 3 separate meeting rooms ideal for breakout sessions. All rooms have natural daylight (except Soignes) and air-conditioning.
