The Langley Suite is located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre and benefitting from a private pre-function area, ideal for serving coffee breaks and a working buffet lunch for your delegates. The room has air-conditioning and mood-lighting.

The Suite is located on the ground floor with foyer area. Room can be sub divided into three sections that can be hired separately giving greater flexibility and there is an Executive boardroom next door, which is ideal as a syndicate room or office.

Fantastic for all types of events- from weddings and parties to meetings & exhibitions, the private bar, ability to divide into 2 rooms, large foyer area and unique coloured lighting system make this room ideal for all your meeting & events requirements.

Ideally located on the ground floor, this boardroom can be used for small meetings or as a syndicate room for larger meetings.

The Findon is a fantastic meeting space located on the ground floor, ideal for boardroom style meetings or as a syndicate room. Close to the restaurants and public areas and slightly separate to the main meeting areas, Findon accommodates up to 8 people.

The Executive Boardroom is located on the ground floor, close to the Arundel and Windsor Suite, in our Conference Wing. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is ideal for training courses, small meetings, interviews or as a syndicate room.

The Gallery is located just off The Olive Grove and accessible by stairs. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is ideal for small to medium meetings, training courses, private dining or as a syndicate room.

The Shepiston Suite offers natural daylight and is located in a particularly quiet area of the hotel as it situated on the ground floor with step access to a lower level.

The Ifield Suite is located on the first floor. Benefitting from natural day light, mood lighting, and a pre-function area, ideal for coffee breaks & working buffet lunches for your delegates. Please note there is stair access to this room.
