Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room was great.. but need some improvements Overall, room was great. I never seen the room has various fitness equipment. However, I couldn't get the receipt at checkout. So, I requested the receipt for my stay twice but I haven't received it yet. I called and send an email as well. What should I do to get it? Should I go to Washington to get it?? Thanks, May 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is good but need more and better trained staff The hotel is clean and comfortable and the wellness equipment in room was great however they need to increase their staffing levels. Checking in was not a problem but it went downhill from there. Twice I stopped at the front desk with a question and no one was there. Check out was a mess, they were backed up and the poor employee wasn't well trained on the computer. I was there for 2 nights and on my 2nd day I returned to my room at 520pm and it had not yet been made up. I asked the housekeeper that was down the hall how much longer and she almost started crying. She said 3 people had called in and she was very behind. I asked her to fix my shampoo holder ( broken and couldn't get any out) and told her to skip my room. She was very apologetic and I really felt bad for her situation. The bar and market area had the same issues- not enough staff to take care of the guest. Need to focus on getting sufficient staff! April 27, 2015

I stayed here for 1 night.Staff very friendly ( Jame ) When i entered at room.Air-condition was fail.He changed me to the better room that corner and high floor.Hotel area were very good located but the restaurant not enough for bought something.They have only 7-11 and Japanese food nearest. If you loved a clean food you could met them in the hotel lobby ( Fresh smoothies , Best Salad ) April 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great find I was leery going into this reservation, but my mind was put at rest at check-in. After reminding the check-in clerk I was granted an awesome suite upgrade. I then came down to the bar for a drink and the bar staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and produced an amazing signature cocktail for me. After I went upstairs to sleep I found it hard to get the room as dark as I would like and unfortunately I woke up due to the light infiltration at sunrise. Breakfast was excellent. The host looked after me well and the food was absolutely delicious. April 22, 2015

They provide yoga equipment in-room along with tv channels to follow along with a routine of your choosing. Rooms are very modern but I didn't care for the sliding door to the bathroom. It doesn't shut out noises from the bathroom since it doesn't shut completely. Also, the strength of the water flow in the sink is very light. While it might be relaxing it doesn't get the job done quickly. The shower had nice shower gel - great fragrances. Nice healthy breakfast choices - get the omelette with a side of kale or their oatmeal. Both were excellent. Great mattress, pillows and towels. April 21, 2015
