Food was horrendous. Room wasn't clean in the entire stay, resulting in stacked dirty plates. Breakfast items missing on both days

Had a great stay and the staff are great and very friendly and helpful.
When I am in area, this is the only place that I will stay.

Excellent visit to this hotel, the venue was set up in a very covid secure way. I felt very comfortable staying here.

Stayed on Thursday 3rd December. The Holiday Inn Sutton seems to of been turned into a hostel for people who have for various reasons been made homeless. Whilst I actually applaud the Holiday Inn for doing this , and especially in this climate , they need to decide if they are one or the other . There is no social distancing , little hyegine and I actually saw a member of staff attacked . If you want to ask guests to adhere to the current rules , they must be the same for "residents" ...You cannot combine the both

Would have liked free parking for guests or at least for the first 24hrs. Very clean rooms and great service from staff.

First impressions last... and here they weren’t great.
One person in front of me, and it took three staff 25 min to check her in, with me stood waiting. Took 10 min to acknowledge me and I was told to wait.
Rooms ok, but a little old and tired.
Food was room service only - ok, but as usual for holiday inn very over priced.
Parking - wasn’t aware of the expensive parking charges not included

I booked a room for the night the property was clean, comfortable and the staff, particularly Magda on reception were excellent and ensured that my stay was and needs were met.
I am currently at patient at the royal Marsden hospital and undergoing treatment therefore being mindful of social distancing and cleanliness are imperative for me. Magda called me after checking in to make sure everything in my room was ok and asked if I was comfortable, lovely customer care.
I have already recommended the holiday inn to other patients who may require an overnight stay. Very reasonable rates too. Room service and food were excellent as well.
