The room was clean and comfy, we had a crib in it and there was still plenty of room to relax in with our 15 month old running around. We ate breakfast one morning in the lobby, it was ok, nothing spectacular, it was a little cold, but the serving size was a good value for the cost.

The restaurant never delivered two meals and I had to call an hour and a half later to cancel the meals with the bartender who said they were short staffed. Why take an order if you are not able to deliver???
The internet service kept resetting which threw me off of my work and the staff was unable to fix the issue.
A wedding party on Friday night was so loud I ended up leaving the room at 2am to go to O'Hare to sleep in the Admiral's Club when no one came up to calm them down after I called.

The hotel is very nice. The common areas are very clean and modern. The guest room was clean and well appointed.

This HI exceeded my expectations for a Holiday Inn. Full service restaurant and bar in a property at this price-point! New, clean, pleasant public space. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The Business Center was not functioning. I needed to print out a few pages and our Boarding Passes. The printer"s message was a new ink toner cartridge was needed.
I reported this to the Front Desk Clerk. She told me there was no new cartridge and the printer has been out of ink for several days. In addition, she stated in the last three weeks this is the second time the printer has not been usable for several days.
Fortunately she was a great help and printed our Boarding Passes for us.
i believe the hotel needs to always have several ink toner cartridges on site to prevent any down time.

Guest rooms were nice and clean. Beds/bedding were comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient.
Pool was smaller than it looks in the website pics, that was kind of a bummer for the kids. Wifi was VERY slow. Continental breakfast would have been great. Overall a good stay and would recommend. If I hadn't had 4 kids with me I would rate it perfect!
