Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Served a basic purpose The place served its purpose but I would not go out of my way to stay here. After a long day, I was hoping to enjoy a nice meal with a drink but the service and food was poor in the evening it is best to go off site to get your appetite fulfilled. May 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bad sleep The beds were awful and the linen pretty worn out. The room was fairly calm and the A/C worked well. My past experience with Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn express were far better than this one. The restaurant looked clean but I have not tried it. May 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy I stayed at this location for a 2 day conference I was attending. When I got in the room, I did not feel that the room looked very clean. This was very clear when I found a pool of stagnant water underneath my coffee maker, and a few long gross hairs in my dresser. The first night, I put my breakfast request tag on my door for delivery at 7am. At 7:10, I had heard nothing. I checked my door, and the tag was still there. Also, when I got to my room I realized I forgot my brush at home. There is a sign in the bathroom stating that if I forgot anything like this I could call the front desk and get it for free. I called the front desk and was told I could come down and purchase a comb in the gift shop. On the 2nd night, I was woken up twice from the sound of a washing machine that was located on the floor below me - which seems so crazy to me. Lastly, I ordered breakfast on my last morning - which included a hot tea. I received a mug, hot water - but no tea bag. May 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never Again I have stayed at this location twice now and both have been the worst stays I have experienced. I return to this area yearly for business and due to its close proximity to where I need to be I choose to stay at this location, this will have been, without question the last time however. I gave it the benefit of the doubt of the first time being a fluke but was disappointed to find it was not. The room was not what I would call clean, the bathtub/shower was dirty and heavily stained. The carpet throughout the room was the same. Empty beverage bottles were found along the edge of the bed just under the bed skirt, indicating that vacuuming or cleaning was not done or done so at a minimum. Unlike the other IHG hotels I stayed at on this same trip, this hotel does not supply plastic wrapped cups with the coffee machine, a small detail, however the ones with the ice bucket are wrapped it would be reassuring if these ones were as well, especially with the state of the room. This hotel overall is exceptionally noisy not just because of the close proximity to the hwy, although if you are on the opposite side it may be better. The rooms have walls that are paper thin and you can here everything around you. This is also a major difference I have found with other hotels in this chain. The vent in the bathroom funneled sound from surrounding rooms like a megaphone, not a plus if you are looking to relax in peace. The hotel was hosting a number of guests for what I assume was a sports event or tournament of sorts. This resulted in exceptionally loud yelling and racing up and down the halls of the floor I was on. This continued all night with very little sleep. I understand that this is not necessarily the hotels fault and the only reason I mention this is I had specifically asked if the hotel was full and if it was possible to get an upper floor, perhaps end unit, or a quieter room location. I was told that the hotel was full, but it was due to a seniors bus tour so it will be quiet. This was not the case at all and I feel that I was lied too, or put off. Because I know that IHG cares about it, and always asks, I will also mention that the front desk clerk neither acknowledged any membership status, or gave a Thank-you for being an IHG member. As a former platinum member it is experiences like this that have caused me to start booking else where for my travels. Over all a very poor experience. Again. When I return next year it will certainly not be to this location. May 19, 2015
