Our American Fare, Wildfire Grill, serves breakfast and dinner a la carte. With an a la carte breakfast, guests will order individual items from a selection. A menu style breakfast avoids many drawbacks of buffet style hotel breakfasts. In the evening the Wildfire Grill becomes a place where food and alcoholic drinks are served to customers; a combined bar room and grill room.
