Our shower head did not work, so there were no adjusting of the water flow even though it was a type that should have. Found the restaurant was very expensive for the food that was offered. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff service Staff was inattentive to issues and entirely unapologetic about their mistakes. The cleaning service was lacking, although the hotel itself is clean and very nice overall. The only problem is all the people wokring there who don't have a clue as to what customer service means. I will never stay at this hotel again. April 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor customer service The staff at this hotel could care less if you had a good stay. Two mornings I had no hot water in the showe, both mornings I told the front desk and the gal at the front coudl have cared less, three other customers checked out early because of the water and i should have too.] The room keys had to be changed out mid stay, the front desk said they could only be activated for 3 days at a time, never had this issue at any other hotel. The internet code quit working mid stay, the front desk made no apology and said try this code. they made no acknowledgement that the code had changed and neglected to provide any notice the code was changing. When I brought these to the hotels attention I was just blown off, no one cared, I asked fo r the manager but they were too busy and never called my room as requested. April 5, 2015
