Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Fair This holiday inn should be atleast cheaper than any other Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near railroad tracks. If your room was next to the railroad tracks you're in for a night of multiple train horns and early morning wake ups. As you go up to your room there was a mold smell. Seems like the carpet needs to be changed out in the hallway. Lastly the staff needs to recognize the IGH members. Staff needs a wake up call on customer service. February 8, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Feeling let down... I've stayed at several Holiday Inn type locations, and I can honestly say by far this has been the poorest display customer service and value. The words that come to mind are not very tactful, so I will refrain from sharing. The restaurant service is hands down horrible, the process of checking in is ridiculous, my room has yet to be charged correctly. Completely unsatisfied. I will no longer be staying here. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing I have stayed at this hotel at least once a month for over a year. I had a late arrival and when I arrived I was first told, they could not find my room. I wanted 10 minutes and was given a first floor handicap room. I was asked by a "manage" what my status is, I asked her you should be telling me. I was not given any welcome points. I went to the desk in the morning and spoke to Mercedes and Laviona, and explained the situation. I was told they saw my reservation, they see me a lot, and held a room for me but someone gave it away. They were very, very nice and changed my room to the 5th floor. My issue is, if you have associates taking care of guests they should be properly trained. As a SPIRE member I at least should be acknowledged and given a choice of my floor. When the night staff asked me if I ever stayed there before, I was at a loss for words as I have spent at least one week a month for the last year at that Holiday Inn. I asked the women working does your computer not tell you of my status or the last time I stayed with you, she said no. If it was not for Mercedes or Lavonia I would not return to this location.
