Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Recent stay I wouldn't recommend this facility. The bathrooms are too small. You have to stand in the bathtub to close the bathroom door. The older waitress in the dining facility was very rude and nasty. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our breakfast. I also found hair in the bathtub and soap dish. October 5, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Another weekend getaway Shower and toilet area is extremely small and awkward but everything else about the room was good. Only had one elevator working Saturday so there was a long wait anytime you needed to use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were extremely fast in bringing any extra needed items to the room (extra blankets etc) October 4, 2015

The house keeping were efficient and great with the cleaning. It is important to know that the rooms are clean and the did a great job. The Bed was the best and I enjoyed my view. October 3, 2015

Special thank you to the front desk staff for keeping up with out bogus requests and obnoxious talks, Alison thank you so much for keeping up with our requests, you're truthly an embassador of customer service. I do have two call outs; first I wish the rooms had refrigerators as to some customers do have temperature sensitive items, such a medecine, locally there was ice machines and I was able to put the medecine in ice, not ideal, hence I made a mess in the room with the melting ice. The second call out has to do with the service in the hotels restaurant. Is a truthly a wonderful view with a lot of potential. But it needs a little bit of better management. The servers were overwhelmed with the amount of tables and did not seem to get any help from the bartender. You guys are in a business of sales and hospitality and when the guest has to wait 10-15 minutes to even get a drink menu, that's just not acceptable. I do have to thank our servers whom very politely try to the best of their means take care of us. But we surely would've had eaten more in the location if the service was better distributed. Over all my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much and until next time October 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, not clean or courteous though Lacked cleanliness and customer service. Totally not what I expected, especially after seeing reviews and online description. Was not greeted as a Priority member. Only one working elevator, however maintenance guy lead us to the service elevator after waiting over ten minutes. Feces from previous guest in the toilet (reported it to front desk). Which probably explained the foul order when checking into the room. Asked for more soap and shampoo at front desk, was told they ran out, however maid did give us some. Would not stay at this location again. Though it is convenient for walking to destinations downtown. October 1, 2015
