Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. The hotel was very clean without offensive odors. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The the sheets were comfortable but the type of material was loud. Every time the person in the other bed moved it woke me. They agreed I woke them too when I turned or moved.
Breakfast was delicious but took forever to get to our table. Ordered omelette sat 9:20. They were served at 9:55. The waitress was super sweet so she was tipped. But we think the cook forgot about us. There were 4 of us. We were very late for our event taking place in town.
But other than that it was a great place to stay. Front desk people were awesome!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very comfortable environment for my purposes. I was in town for business related event but would recommend this for anyone needing accommodations in the NCSU area. I ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very fresh and quick.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Seth from New York Very loud
I had originally booked a hotel room at another hotel in Raleigh and then switch to the Holiday Inn for close proximately of my appointments in Raleigh. I had a very long drive from New York to Raleigh and was looking forward to a nice rest upon my arrival. Unfortunately, it was EXTREMELY noisy in the hallways and amplified the sound in my room. I called the front desk twice for a noise complaint and the noise still persisted.
I was very unpleased with my stay and will be considering other hotels for my future travels.
