Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, very welcoming We stayed at the Richmond IN Holiday Inn on Feb 5, 2016, and the welcome we got at check-in was very nice, and Juan was the best experience I have ever had at check in and he was friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions and made me feel at home. The hotel had a place for me to do my exercise and had a nice breakfast. The location was just off the highway, but the look of the neighborhood bothered my wife a little but never saw anything out of the way. The bed was good and a little firmer than most and was just what I needed, as my health care provider requested. The lighting in the bathroom is lacking, but new LED lighting would fix. The tv channels do not reflect today's taste, but again can be fixed with little work. Overall was very please with our stay at this Holiday Inn and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Richmond IN area. You will feel very welcome and are made to feel at home, and in reality, what more could you ask for... Bob February 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Staff Sets this place apart! Traveling from out of town, I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. The Richmond site met all of my standard expectations without any surprises. It's a standard chain hotel, standard room, standard common areas, standard showers. No surprises or upgrades. The people, however, make the difference. I was absolutely blown away by the enthusiasm and pride that the front desk and restaurant staff. I have simply never had better service outside of a cruise ship! February 5, 2016

We had reserved the banquet room for my nephew 3 year old birthday. And the staff made us feel right at home. They had a wonderful time. Thanks so very much January 30, 2016

I wish I would have had time to relax and enjoy this outstanding hotel, but business did not allow this. I used to live in Richmond, and this is by far the nicest hotel I've stayed in while visiting.
